the room was spacious with a lovely sitting area near the window. i liked that it overlooked the grand canal. i appreciated the peaceful atmosphere. the bed was comfortable and large.

the limited vaporetto timetable posed a slight inconvenience , as i only used it once.

the wifi was very slow, it was an issue. also, the fridge didn't work and neither did the community fridge.

The view from the Junior Suite was AMAZING!!! I could see the Grand Canal right from the big window in the Palazzo Malipiero. Beatrice from Customer Care Help Desk provided me all the required information to access the Junior Suite. The instructions provided in the emails for Online Check-in, Payment and the Access Code were clear.

There was no one on-site since the facility operates remotely. I found no dust bin in the bedroom. It was difficult to communicate with the host. The company operates remotely, and there was no one present on my first day.

i liked the view of the grand canal. beatrice at customer care was helpful with access information. online check-in was quick, even on a sunday.

there was no toilet paper in the bathroom on arrival. the fridge did not work. batteries in the tv remote were dead.

the location is very close to the central area. the view from the window is special, looking directly onto the grand canal. a vaporetto stop right outside the apartment made getting around very convenient.
